As a Real Estate attorney, I provide representation in most real estate matters, including commercial and residential.  This representation includes home and business purchases and sales, preparation of contracts, closing documentation, and issuance of title insurance.

Personal Injury

I represent those injured in accidents as the result of negligence by others, and the families and loved ones in wrongful death cases.

I provide assistance and guidance to other personal injury attorneys in opening estates in order to have a personal representative appointed who can serve as the plaintiff in a lawsuit.  I also assist other personal injury attorneys in opening guardianships and obtaining approval of settlements (including structured settlements) involving minors or incapacitated persons. When necessary, I assist in the creation of Special Needs Trusts to avoid the interruption of  government benefits due to the receipt of a personal injury recovery.
